IRISH AVIATION AUTHORITY

We are licensed by the Irish Aviation Authority, TA0316. Which means that, when you book with us, your money is financially protected. This regulates certain aspects of the aviation and travel trade sectors in Ireland. The IAA is responsible for licensing the travel trade in Ireland, and grants licences to both tour operators and travel agents. As part of this function, the IAA administers a bonding scheme to reimburse consumers in the event of a travel agent collapse. If you buy other items from us such as accommodation only, event entry only, or hospitality only then this protection doesn’t apply.

IRISH TOTAL PAYMENT PROTECTION (TOP) POLICY COVER:

In compliance with The Package Holidays and Travel Trade Act 1995 (Republic of Ireland), an insurance policy has been arranged with Arcus Solutions, to protect Republic of Ireland customers’ prepayments in the unlikely event of our financial failure, and paid in respect of:

• Sales of travel packages sold by the Policyholder to customers in IRE with travel commencing/departing from outside of IRE.
• Sales of travel packages sold by the Policyholder to customers in the UK and EU countries (outside of IRE), and also outside of UK and EU, where there is no direct marketing approach employed by the company, with travel commencing / departing from outside of IRE.

for:

• A refund of such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled, or
• Making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already travelled
• Repatriation of customers as may be applicable, subject to the terms of the insurance policy.
